Can the PACKTALK SPECIAL EDITION connect to other Cardo devices (Packtalk, Freecom, Spirit, G, Q)?
The PACKTALK SPECIAL EDITION is fully compatible with all DMC products. It also connects to all Cardo units using regular Bluetooth pairing. G and Q units need to be on phone pairing mode before starting pairing.

Will it pair with any other Bluetooth intercoms?
Yes, Cardo intercom systems come with universal connectivity. The PACKTALK SPECIAL EDITION will pair with any other Bluetooth communication system by Cardo or by other leading brands.

What is the difference between the PACKTALK SPECIAL EDITION and the PACKTALK NEO?
The PACKTALK SPECIAL EDITION has 40mm HD speakers while the PACKTALK NEO has JBL 40mm HD speakers.

How can I update my unit?
No need for a cable, the Software update is Over the Air, using your mobile phone. Download the Cardo Connect app to your mobile phone, go to Settings, select your unit, and then click on the latest available software update. Updating with the latest software will keep your unit free of bugs and will provide you with additional new functionalities. We recommend you update your unit before first use.
