There’s nothing worse than ordering something and not knowing when you’re going to get it! At Big Bad Bikes, we want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, and that you know where it is at all times during the order and delivery process. We work closely with FedEx & Tirupati couriers and deliver across India, choosing the best carrier based on where you are located.
All orders will be dispatched from our facility in 1-3 days after payment, assuming the product is in stock. Delivery via standard shipping will take an additional 5-7 days after dispatch.
Express shipping options are available for most items, for an extra charge. All orders will be dispatched from our facility in 1-3 days after payment, assuming the product is in stock. Delivery via express shipping will take an additional 1-3 days after dispatch. Express shipping charges vary for each product, and can be seen during the checkout process. Some PIN codes qualify only for express shipping.
Why isn’t my product shipping tomorrow! Why!?
We have regular shipments of all products. If you see “Ship later” in your invoice, it means the product isn’t currently in stock and we’ll bring down that product specifically for you in our next shipment. Typically you will always see a ship by date on the product page as well as your checkout page. If there is ever a change in the shipping date, we will get in touch with you and make sure you’re aware of it.
Why am I getting multiple invoices?
If you’ve ordered products with different shipping times, all products from a specific brand are grouped together. Since products from different brands arrive separately. We’ll ship out the products immediately, allowing us to close open orders quickly.
All orders above Rs 10,000 cart value (including VAT, excluding delivery charges) qualify for free standard shipping. If the cart value (including VAT, excluding delivery charges) is below Rs 10,000, then standard shipping charges apply. Express shipping, when chosen during the checkout process, is always charged. Express shipping charges vary for each product, and can be seen during the checkout process.

While we would like to make sure that any changes in shipping, such as address changes, are entertained, this might not always be possible. When it is possible, there might be a service charge involved. This is a charge levied by the courier, and varies on a case by case basis.

Please note that certain states require the consignee to generate certain documentation in order to be able to receive a shipment. For instance Uttarakhand requires Form 17 to be collected by the consignee from the local sales tax office, and the forms then need to be dispatched to Big Bad Bikes so they can be included with the shipment. Delivery times will increase because of cases such as this.
We only ship within India, and do not entertain international orders.
A tracking number will be provided via email for all shipments once they have been dispatched. Please contact us in case you have not received the tracking number for your order.
