Is there a BigBadBikes store, so I can visit?
Unfortunately not, we have a warehouse which is full of Big Bad Boxes, so we prefer to operate online. Some of our products are available with dealers across the country. If you want to have a look at a specific product, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help you out.

Ship Later?! Whats that?
We have regular shipments of all products across brands. If you see “Ship later” in your invoice, it means the product isn’t currently in stock and we’ll bring down that product specifically for you in our next shipment. Typically you will always see a ship by date on the product page as well as your checkout page. If there is ever a change in the shipping date, we will get in touch with you and make sure you’re aware of it.
I want to order Riding gear! How do i proceed?
Well, normally we’d just tell you to click the buy button.
But with Riding gear, please check the Size chart links. These are placed just above the size selector on the product pages. Each brand has it’s own list of specifications for sizing. So what works for one type, most probably won’t work for the other. These sizing charts are not like those for regular clothes which we normally wear. So be prepared with a cloth style measuring tape to get accurate measurements.
I can’t understand these size charts. Help!?
If you’re having trouble understanding the size charts, (yes, we know they’re sometimes complicated) drop us an email, and we’d be happy to help you out with any specific advice.

Why am I getting multiple invoices?
If you’ve ordered products with different shipping times, all products from a specific brand are grouped together. Since products from different brands arrive separately. We’ll ship out the products immediately, allowing us to close open orders quickly.
Do you Express-Ship orders, that state “Ship Later”?
In the Big Bad world of eCommerce, it’s quite easy to confuse shipping time and delivery time. All products that are marked as “Ship later” only have Standard Shipping, if you specifically need Express Shipping, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and requirements.
Hey, I want something that isn’t on the website! How can you help?
So you might want a SW-Motech Sub-Frame Support Arms for your 2003 Honda XR650L. Thats an incredibly specific product for a bike that was never sold here, so we wouldn’t list it on the site. Since we are in direct contact with the brands listed, we’ll be able to get you that very specific part for your specific bike, specifically :). Send us an email with what you need to email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for the order during the checkout process. All the transactions are handled by PayUMoney That being said, this money is held by PayUMoney and is only transferred to Big Bad Bikes once the product has been delivered to you, as is indicated by their comprehensive buyer protection policy.
Why am I being charged tax?
As per the current government guidelines, GST must be charged on all finished goods. Also paying tax is a good thing.
Why am I being charged for shipping?
If your orders exceed Rs 10,000 in cart value (including GST, excluding delivery charges), you won’t have to pay for standard shipping. If the cart value (including GST, excluding delivery charges) is below Rs 10,000, then standard shipping charges will apply. Express shipping options are available for most items for an extra charge.
Additionally local state taxes & octroi duties are extra for orders of any cart value, where applicable. If applicable, this will be your responsibility. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this.
When will I get my stuff?
We ship out orders from our Big Bad Warehouse within 1-3 days, assuming the product is in stock. Standard Shipping takes additional 5-7 days from the day of shipment.
Express Shipping is available for most of our products. We ship out these orders within 1-3 days, and delivery usually takes 1-3 days after shipment. Please note Express Shipping varies for each product and can be seen in the checkout process.
Why don’t you have a flat rate for Express Shipping?
The products we stock vary in sizes significantly from crash bobbins all the way to RTW ready ADV touring hard luggage. Express shipping costs are calculated automatically based on size and the weight of the products.
Why doesn’t Express Shipping show up for my address?
Unfortunately some PIN codes do not qualify for Express Shipping. Please view our Shipping Policies for more details on this.
I followed all the size chart instructions, but this riding gear still doesn’t fit me!
If the size is still way off. Please ship your riding gear back to us in its undamaged original packaging, with all tags still attached. Send us the shipping details, along with the new size you want. Once we receive your returned product, we will send you the replacement. Keep in mind that we dont always have all sizes in stock, so getting the new size across to you might take some time. Please keep in mind that base layers & undergarments of any kind cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. Please check out Returns and Cancellations page for more details.
What if I received the wrong product?
Ok, that shouldn’t happen. But if we do goof up and send you the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct one. If you have gotten the wrong product, please mail us at email@example.com with all the details of your order. For more information refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policies.
What if the product is damaged?
We personally check all the products for damage prior to being shipped out. In the unfortunate event that you do receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, hold on to the original packaging in case the complete product needs to be returned. For more information refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policies.
The product that I want is repeatedly “Out of stock”. When can I expect it to be back in stock?
We usually will bring in fresh stock every 4-6 weeks. If however there is something in particular that you would like to be brought down, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll hook you up. You could also use the Pre-order option, if applicable.
