The Klim Carlsbad Pant has been redesigned, built to an even higher standard from the chassis of its proven, highly mobile predecessor. Engineered for excellent mobility and comfort when riding, the Carlsbad Pant features improved ventilation and fit, greater abrasion resistance, more refined storage options and improved impact protection. This is the light and fast, waterproof solution for hard-charging adventure riders.

The pant features a Gore-Tex performance shell and is guaranteed to keep you dry. There are 630D Cordura Ripstop abrasion resistant twisted yarn overlays in abrasion zones, while the main body is constructed with FPL400 fabric (also used in the Klim Badlands Pro). It has goat leather on the inside of the knees for grip/protection. The redesigned Carlsbad Pant has more material durability and abrasion resistance than its predecessor. The pant has 3M™ Scotchlite C790 carbon black reflective material at strategic places for biomotion recognition.

The pant features an integrated armour system, with D3O CE Level 2 LP2 Pro adjustable hip and knee armour. The armour system is a level higher than the earlier Carlsbad pant, so you get more protection. The armour pads are removable. There is also Klimatek™ cooling mesh in the armour pad pockets.

Improved ventilation is ensured with 2 thigh intake vents and 2 thigh exhaust vents. With these, air flows in the pant and out of the pant efficiently, ensuring better air flow while riding.

The redesigned Klim Carlsbad Pant comes with 2 billowed thigh cargo pockets. Superior comfort and fit are aided with a moisture-wicking anti-microbial polygiene anti-odour liner, zipper/snap adjustable cuffs, 2 quick adjust waist straps, a jacket to pant zip connector, a waterproof fly zipper gusset, a rider position articulated fit, YKK zippers and glove-friendly zipper pulls. The cuff design allows the pant to open for boot and knee brace / guard access and adjustment. The pants fit over off-road boots comfortably.
