Klim brings you the new and improved, redesigned and refined Induction Jacket. Using their proprietary Klim KARBONITE MESH™, the Induction Jacket combines the highest ventilation with the highest level of abrasion resistance in a streamlined motorcycle jacket design. It’s the most durable, most ventilated, hot weather riding jacket!

Klim’s KARBONITE MESH™ Technology yields a highly-flexible material that is up to 750% stronger than polyesters used by other brands. The new Induction Jacket design has additional overall mesh coverage with increased air-flow compared to the previous version. Heavy-duty 840D Cordura is also incorporated at abrasion zones at the elbows and shoulders to provide outstanding abrasion resistance and durability. The jacket is built with Klim Rhino-Stitch construction technology. Other key exterior features include a UV-resistant treated main mesh, enhanced elbow comfort and a fleece-lined soft collar.

The jacket features an integrated armour system, with adjustable D3O EVO XT Level 1 armour in the elbows, D3O® EVO Level 1 shoulder pads, and D3O Level 1 armour for the back.

Improved comfort and fit were a major focus in this redesign and they have been effectively accomplished. Key comfort and fit features include a more articulated fit, as well as an improved overall fit, a moisture-wicking & breathable internal mesh comfort liner, stretch woven material used inside the elbows, improved mobility through the back & arms and 2 easy to use, quick adjust forearm straps. The jacket also has Klimatek cooling stretch mesh in the elbow & shoulder pad pockets.

3M Scotchlite reflective panels on upper / lower arms and upper back add visibility in low light conditions. The specific positioning of these reflective panels maximizes Bio-Motion recognition.

The Induction Jacket comes with 5 pockets – 4 external and 1 internal. For external pockets it has 2 lower zippered hand pockets, 1 external upper chest pocket with key clip, and 1 forearm emergency ID pocket with a hidden stash pocket.. For internal pockets it has 1 inner chest pocket. The jacket has easy-to-use Hypalon zipper pullers and YKK zippers throughout.

PLEASE NOTE: * All dyed/pigmented fabrics will fade under UV exposure (sunlight) over time. Klim fabrics are highly UV resistant, but HI-VIS fabrics will fade at a faster rate than normal fabrics under the same UV exposure. This is a normal property of all HI-VIS pigments/fabrics and is not considered a manufacturer defect.
