Product Description

Klim brings you the Induction Jacket. The Induction Jacket was created for motorcyclists who need the functionality of a premium, fully-ventilated mesh jacket without compromising the protective qualities found typically in heavier textile jackets. Constructed with proprietary KLIM® KARBONITE MESH™ Technology which yields a final highly-flexible material that is up to 750% stronger than polyesters used by other brands. The Induction Jacket exceeds military spec requirements for tensile strength and includes impact protection technology with integrated D3O® armor in the elbows and shoulders.

The Induction is made using Klim’s Karbonite Nylon mesh, a highly abrasion resistant proprietry mesh, with 840D Cordura in the high impact areas – shoulders, elbows and forearms. The jacket features D3O T5 EVO (CE Level 1) armour in the elbows and shoulders, and D3O Viper (CE Level 1) armour for the back.
The jacket has 3M Scotchlite reflectors on panels and trim for increased low light reflectivity. Klim has placed these strips so that they trace out a humanoid form, increasing the chances of being recognized by other motorists.
It comes with 6 pockets – 3 external and 3 internal. For external pockets it has 2 hand pockets and 1 chest pocket. For internal pockets it has 2 liner pockets and 1 hidden pocket

* All dyed/pigmented fabrics will fade under UV exposure (sunlight) over time. Klim fabrics are highly UV resistant, but HI-VIS fabrics will fade at a faster rate than normal fabrics under the same UV exposure. This is a normal property of all HI-VIS pigments/fabrics and is not considered a manufacturer defect.
