Alpinestars brings you the Flex-AST Explorer Pants. Engineered for warm weather adventure riding, the Flex-AST Explorer Pants are lightweight, breathable, and durable adventure pants, providing exceptional comfort and protection for riders exploring diverse terrains in hot climates. These pants are the ideal companion for spring/summer road trips, and for both on and off the bike activities, and can be paired with any of the Alpinestars All Terra jackets.
The pants are built from a stretch textile outer shell. The fully breathable, stretchable, single layer main construction ensures advanced rider comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement. It has a multi-layer construction at knee and hip protector zones.
For protection, the Flex-AST Explorer Pants are equipped with Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 knee armor and Bioflex CE Level 1 hip armor, providing lightweight and flexible impact protection without compromising comfort or freedom of movement. The pants are CE certified AA Class for street and adventure riding applications. The pant’s abrasion-resistant heavy-duty textile construction enhances crash protection, while stretch ripstop reinforcements at the knees and seat further enhance durability and abrasion resistance in high-wear areas. The Flex-AST Explorer Pants feature adjustable knee protector positioning that enables optimal protection across different riding positions and body types. The pants have external protector pockets with zipper access that allow quick armor removal when off the bike, while maintaining secure placement during riding.
A practical long zippered opening at the lower hem makes it easy to accommodate multiple boot styles from MX to touring footwear. The pant also has a bar-tacked belt loop integration for secure attachment. Spacious zippered ergonomic cargo pockets provide practical storage of personal essentials on the go.
