The Klim Switchback Cargo Pant is a comfortable, multipurpose riding pant with the durability and functionality of a cargo pant combined with motorcycle-focused protection features. The redesigned pants offer increased breathability, increased flexibility, slimmer CE Level 1 armour, refined storage and is lighter weight, all without reducing durability. The Klim Switchback Cargo Pants are a multipurpose cargo-style riding pant. They are durable for riding, yet lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. They have a breathable stretch woven pant chassis and a durable, breathable stretch Cordura canvas knee, seat, and cuff overlays. The pants have 3M Scotchlite reflective material on panels for increased low light reflectivity. They also have hidden reflective material inside the bottom cuffs (pull adjustment tab for reflective). The cargo pants have a DWR treatment that sheds away water drops.

The pants feature an integrated armour system with D3o® IP Ghost CE Level 1 vented adjustable Knee armour & D3O® IP Ghost CE Level 1 vented Hip armour. The armour can be removed while wearing the pant. The pants have a CE AA rating certified to EN 17092-3

The pants have 2 hand pockets, 1 zippered thigh cargo pocket with internal organizer, 1 double-snap thigh cargo pocket, 2 seat pockets (1 zippered) and 1 thigh knife pocket.

Air permeability is ensured via the pant’s stretch woven chassis. The Switchback Cargo pants have 2 zippered thigh vents and they also have 2 calf entry double-headed zippers that function as vents.

Key comfort and fit features include a streamlined interior (no liner), an articulated patterning and excellent mobility from stretch material, low profile D3o® IP Ghost armour, 2 calf entry double-headed zippers that function as vents, fits with common street motorcycle boots, belt loops, and a snap adjust bottom hem.

Note: This gear uses D3O® IP Ghost armor pads. They have two sides, the orange side and the black fabric side. The orange side goes towards the rider’s body and the black fabric side must face outwards for optimal functionality.
